Adil is the President and founder of WorldLink, Inc. and co-founder of TiE Dallas. An engineer and a MBA, Adil has combined experience of over 20 years in consulting and business ownership within the telecommunications and software industry. Under his leadership, WorldLink, Inc. has achieved phenomenal success in terms of profitability and revenue generation.

As an outdoor enthusiast, Adil has an ambition to participate in an Eco Challenge Race. He is married to his wife Zenobia, and has two sons, Sarosh and Piran. Zenobia is the vector behind Adil's ambition and passion. Together they make a formidable team that are very proud of their sons and business. Sarosh's passion in life is to progress as the country's top Junior Golfer. He is currently under the instruction of Randy Smith; Coach for the renowned PGA golfer Justin Leonard, Harrison Frazer and Hunter Mahan. Sarosh participates in Junior World events and is one of the top juniors in the country. Piran's goals, besides academics, are to excel in basketball and golf. Adil believes that his reasons for success are his willingness to keep learning and championing change.
