Adil Adi
President
Adil is the founder of WorldLink, Inc., and co-founder of TiE Dallas, having served as Chapter President for the 2004-2006 term. For more information on TiE, visit their web site at www.tie.org.
An engineer and a MBA, Adil has a combined experience of 18 years in consulting and business ownership within the telecommunications and software industry. Under his leadership, WorldLink, Inc. has achieved phenomenal success in terms of profitability and revenue generation.

As an outdoor enthusiast, Adil has an ambition to participate in an Eco Challenge race. His passion in life is to progress the talents of his 13 year-old golf prodigy son, Sarosh, who currently is under the instruction of Randy Smith, teacher of renowned PGA golfer Justin Leonard, Harrison Frazer, and Hunter Mahan. Sarosh participates in junior world events is one of the top juniors in the country. Adil believes that his reasons for success are his willingness to keep learning and champion change.
Barjis Ghadially
Executive Vice President
Barjis has been an integral part of WorldLink, Inc. since 1999. He has led a number of successful regional and national sales initiatives, new business development programs and market entries. He has executed the shareholder’s vision and has helped grow the company organically and has led the organization to exceptional revenue and profit growth. He has positioned the company as a leading provider of business and technology solutions and a true Services Oriented Organization.
Barjis has led a number of strategic initiatives including several resource acquisition programs that have provided WorldLink, Inc. with top global technical talent. Recently he established the WorldLink Global Sourcing Center and integrated it with the local Resource Acquisition Team. Together these organizations provide a rapid “just-in-time” candidate acquisition and delivery system for accelerated qualification and deployment of highly talented technical teams.
Barjis has over a decade of experience in business development and operations. Prior to WorldLink Barjis was responsible for significant revenue growth and multi city expansion at Microhard Technologies, a global technology certification and staffing company. As a Director, Barjis was responsible for significant revenue growth at locations in Dallas, Houston and Los Angeles.
Barjis also has experience with technology start-ups, in the realm of market analysis and positioning for venture funding acquisition as well as exit strategy.
Barjis holds a Bachelor’s in Business and Political Science from the University of Texas Dallas.
Paul Myers
Vice President
Mr. Paul Myers is a highly accomplished Top Human Resources Executive. He has wide-ranging expertise in the areas of Change Management, Benefits and Compensation, Heath and Welfare, Training and Development, Staffing, Organization Development, Human Resource Information Systems, and Employee Relations.
He is a dedicated leader who promotes business growth and the expansion of employee knowledge. He facilitates the talent acquisition process by establishing accurate and effective tactics to attract top candidates.
Mr. Myers comes with several years of experience with multi-national companies like Samsung Telecommunications America, Ensco International, Interturbine Group of Companies, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. His strong financial background allows him to interface easily with Board of Directors, CEO’s, CFO’s or Chief Operating Officers. This expertise, in combination with his vast knowledge in the Human Resource area as well as the Staffing Industry not only strengthens the WorldLink Team but also greatly contributes to its asset base.
Kenneth Glaser
Kenneth Glaser chairs the intellectual property practice at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP. He chiefly represents U.S. and multi-national businesses in a full array of intellectual property matters. His practice spans more than 40 years and has included serving as an in-house corporate patent counsel, a named partner of Dallas-based intellectual property boutiques and as chair of the intellectual property practice at a large, multi-national law firm. While focusing his expertise on transaction and litigation matters, he considers intellectual property litigation avoidance “one of the most important services an intellectual property lawyer can render to clients.”
Mr. Glaser was named a Texas Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine in 2004, one of America’s Leading Lawyers For Business by Chambers USA in 2004 and 2005 and one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas by D magazine in 2003.
Robert Miller
Bob Miller is one of the leading telecommunications regulatory lawyers in the Southwest. He has more than 25 years experience representing clients before the FCC and state authorities regarding regulatory compliance, acquisitions and dispositions, and general legal matters.
